Who we are
TripTee is a product of GraeNel (“we”, “us”). GraeNel is the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@tripteegolf.com.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address, and your name if you choose to give it. We also record the date you signed up and that you came from our launch site. To protect the form from bots, our provider Cloudflare briefly processes your IP address; we don’t store it.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details for one purpose: to let you know when TripTee launches and to offer founding-member early access. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights).
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. We use a small number of trusted providers (“processors”) to run the waitlist:
- Google Firebase/Firestore — securely stores the waitlist.
- Resend — sends your confirmation email.
- Cloudflare — hosts our site, provides bot protection on the form, and routes our email.
Each processes your data only on our instructions.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
We keep your details until TripTee launches, and delete them within six months after launch — or sooner if you ask us to.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that don’t identify you as an individual. The bot-protection on our form (Cloudflare Turnstile) is designed not to track you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to request a copy. To exercise any of these, email privacy@tripteegolf.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Children
TripTee is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll change the date above when we do.
